Two primary reasons why you shouldn’t delay replacing a roof

1)    It can get increasingly expensive.  When roof leaks are not attended to immediately, it can get expensive.  Internal and external water damage grows over time and does not self-repair or self-seal.

2)    It can cause structural damage.  Unattended roof leaks can cause extensive damage to your home including, but not limited to, decking deterioration, molding, damaged chimneys, discoloration of walls and ceilings, etc…
